Package set to be delivered 6/2 and delayed each day until 6/5. At 3:20pm notification that driver attempted to deliver and couldn’t contact came through the app. No attempt made at all. Driver NEVER arrived. Called customer service and was told to call sender but nothing would be done to correct falsified delivery attempt or expedite delivery before next week on an already delayed order.

Late delivery, unhelpful customer service, no one talks to each other. In order to request a refund for my shipment I have to wait a week then call them back; it really shouldn't be this difficult.
EDIT: Not even eligible for a refund in the first place and was never made aware. First representative I spoke to said it would be fine as long as I waited for the invoice to post. No invoice received and now I can't even get my money back. Wild.
I work nights. I stayed up from 8 am to about 4 pm in my living room near the front door waiting for a package that I had to sign for. Then I receive a text that they tried to deliver it and no one was available???? NO ONE KNOCKED. NO DOOR TAG. NOTHING. I wasted a whole day waiting for this. On top of that they sent a Pic that apparently the driver took of my place. WELL, THAT IS MY CAR IN THE DRIVEWAY IN THE PICTURE!! I WAS HOME!
Wth is going on at this place? The driver flat out lied.

The driver on my route is not only unable to understand delivery location preference but rude and almost drove over my foot today. When I went out to ask how we can get our packages delivered to the front door and not at the garage. He drove away with me still partly in the door of the truck. This is even after we made sure to change our delivery location so there would be no confusion. This person needs to understand he only has a job because of customers that use the FedEx service.
