    The wings were dry as a Arizona cactus plant. I will not be coming back. No seasoning on the chicken. Soda machine was down so no one couldn't get a soda with their combo. What a waste 38.00 dollars down the drain. You live and you learn.

    **This is a review of this location not the food. ** I can't give a review on the food because the 3 times I have tried to get food from here, each time was completely unsuccessful. Let's start off with how online it was advertised as open and had a phone number and online you could order thing and than at the end it would say this location is currently not accepting online orders. The phone would ring and the lights were on buuuuuut it was still closed and not open. Now lets move to the 2nd time. After making sure they were open and customers were physically inside and having seen such, I attempted to order dinner again online so I could than just pickup on my way home and have dinner. No, again couldn't place an online order. I called in and was left on hold for 7 minutes which I than hung up and just got fast food because it was already late, I had worked longer than expected and just needed to feed my kids n myself. Now let's discuss the last and finally time I tried to order from them. I again try to order online and this time make it thru to completing my order ! Buuuuut no, the page just keep thinking and thinking. After multiple failed attempts I call in, to than be told their online ordering is still not functional but I could order with them. Ok cool, however their menu is not the same as online and although it doesn't say online only specials the employees and its a continuous issue, they couldn't do the same pricing and selections that it says they have online for that location...... essentially I wanted to order the 20 boneless with large fries for 19.99... however was told I could get 15 boneless with a frie for 23.99..... I needed two orders and was absolutely not paying more for less. Soooooo I told them no thanks and I will just continue my business with buffalo wild wings. Which I infact did and will continue to because that place although 1.2 miles from my house is nothing but wasted time and a complete headache.

    First time I went I was impressed and food was amazing compared to the other locations in de. Second time I went, not so much. I got a raw piece of chicken in my fry’s not to mention the salt level was insane. My other tenders were good but lost my appetite. I submitted a complaint officially through there website about serving raw chicken and received nothing back so there goes my faith in this whole company. Stay frosty

    horrible experience. lady was not nice behind the counter. i placed order about 15 minutes before arriving then was proceeded to be told it will be another hour until it’s ready. this is ridiculous for a food place that is considered fast food. i’d be better off going to a sit down restaurant before my food is even ready. they need to figure out how to deal with the rush because this is unacceptable.

    i honestly had high hopes for this wingstop, after dining in with one before. me and my family had ordered a pickup order, where my father proceeded to stand inside and wait an additional 30 minutes for the food after our quoted pickup time (the food wasn’t even started in the kitchen). as busy as it is, they refused to make a simple modification to the order despite them saying it was not even started yet. we had attempted to call the store multiple times, and the phone would be answered but no talking. sounded like a lot of shuffling and background noise like somebody had sat it down. i understand the new resturaunt vibe but seriously some communication would go a LONG way and be appreciated from a customer standpoint. we won’t be returning.
