  Ordered at 6:11 for 6:45 pick up. My husband got there just after 6:45 to pick up and they hadn't even started the food. Now the other food he picked up is going to be cold by the time he gets back from a 20 minute drive home. Seriously, get it together!

  I recently made an order and did not receive my full order. When I called they were very rude and disrespectful towards me and I had to drive 30 minutes to the store and the manager was rude and did not help me to find a solution at all.

  I get pick up around once a week and they are always on time and always tastes yummy! I love the front desk staff too :)

  Five stars for this location! I ordered online and my food was ready exactly when the app said it would be. I picked it up right after my nail appointment at Ciao Bella, which is right next door. You seriously can’t beat that convenience for a self-care day! The wings were perfectly crispy and tossed in plenty of sauce (the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan were definitely it), and the seasoned fries were crispy. Clean, fast, and delicious. I will definitely be back!

  I placed a pickup order through DoorDash, and the app notified me that my food was ready earlier than expected. However, when I walked into the store, the order was still in progress, so I had to wait a bit. On the positive side, they do have dedicated seating for customers who are waiting for their food, which made the extra time a bit more comfortable. A downside I experienced was watching an employee accidentally knock my drink over while packaging it. Mistakes happen, but it just added to the delay. The food itself was fine, but felt a little soggy and boring after 10 minutes.
