  Been a customer for a while. They trap you into a overpriced phone bill. Every employee is extremely rude. There is even a charge to pay your phone bill. As far as I have seen this type of treatment only applies to customers that don't meet there color test.

  Went to cricket last night. Forty five-minute drive. Spent half hour deciding on a phone, a plan, waiting for the staff to enter info for phone, I CALLED my carrier and got them on the phone after what passes for a manager couldn’t. For like 30 second to where I said, here I will do it. Picked the phone, picked the plan, checking out and the manager says to the sales person, who he has been talking to, as well as me, interjecting about why the one phone is not free now (everyone wanted it, it WAS free but now the SELL it because everyone was choosing it, losers cricket capitals), then laughing when I asked they offered a veterans or military discount, just an arrogant clown really. So I have cash in hand, getting ready to check out and the manger says to the sales kid, he cant have that phone on a $30 UNLIMITED plan that needs to be on a $55 UNLIMITED or he has to buy the phone for $49.99. The kid was like WHAT!!?? I didn’t know that. I was like REALLY?! I have been here half an hour, we are checking out and NOW you bait and switch the price?! Buying the phone would be the cheaper way to go. Three months, of $15 plus, versus $55 EVERY month. All my time he wasted. I said well one of two things is going to happen, I’m out of here, or you make some adjustment. He started to say well, and I grabbed my post its from their counter with my name and codes and numbers, and said late. He is like you are in the system, you have to take this phone, I LAUGHED IN HIS FACE because my phone still wasn’t completely transferred since I had my signal. Notified their corporate HQ from the parking lot, and was on with phone for rover 20 minutes. The investigation in to this manager, and the grief his regional manager will get almost makes it worth the time of mine they wasted. ALMOST. This is something he will likely never experience again because he will not treat people the way he treated me ever again. Cricket is on AT&T network, so if you have them, and want to switch they will not give you anything. ZERO.
