  Employees are always smoking outside, it smells like weed inside the store, the employees don’t wear gloves and they don’t wash their hands. The couple times I got wingstop from this location I felt sick in the stomach after wards. I saw someone wiping their nose and mouth and then didn’t wash their hands and started packing the food. Horrible experience would not recommend this location

  Employees don't wash their hands. The manager I talked to on shift about it, didn't wash his hands either until I addressed the issue. Order was wrong. Quality of food was poor and poorly packaged. They let an individual who appears to be on substances meander around the restaurant... harassing customers. There are plenty of better chicken restaurants in Dover (and DE overall). Don't bother with this one.

  Unfortunately, my experience at Wingstop was disappointing. I ordered wings with sauce, but the wings had seasoning mostly on the outside. Once I actually bit into the meat, the wings were very bland and lacked flavor. They also forgot to include the ranch I ordered, and since we were dining in, I was surprised that there were no napkins available. These may seem like small things individually, but together they really affected the overall experience. I expected better, especially from a restaurant known for wings. Hopefully, the staff can pay more attention to orders and the quality and seasoning of the food.
