  Called this morning, lady answered and didn't seem to want to answer my questions. She did answer my question but when I said thank you she simply hung up. What is going on with our customer service these days cricket???? I've been a customer going on 5 years and this location in dover has always had an attitude.

  The employees and manager were extremely helpful by insisting me on an affordable plan and informing me on all the benefits! Bought an XS here on the same day I broke my old iPhone so I'm glad they were able to assist me on a new one. Special thanks to, Esteban! :)
