  UPS tried to scam me telling me I automatically got the $100 protection plan and when I was reading it said with additional cost, I was like where is the decline button and he told me there wasnt one but i automatically got the protection. I went to the settings to edit it and boom a message came up giving me the option to decline. Also said my Amazon box wasnt good enough ans wanted me to pay $15 for a box. I was like no this box is fine I just want the bubble wrap which he charged me $7 for and I turned around and saw a huge full roll priced at $7.99. Never going to the UPS in bear Delaware again. The one in north east maryland was completely different

  Not to glaze a UPS Store, but I cannot express enough how helpful these guys are. Every time you walk in, you’re welcomed with a friendly face, no matter who is helping you. I have anxiety, so sometimes things that seem simple can be a little overwhelming for me. But I can walk in there with a return label, no box, and a dream—with absolutely no idea what I’m supposed to do—and they’re always like, “No problem! This is what you do,” or “I can help you with that.” I accidentally brought in a package with a FedEx label once, and instead of just sending me away, he taped it up for me and told me exactly where I could take it. And when I say “he,” I mean the blond one! If he isn’t the manager, he absolutely should be. It’s obvious that he’s a leader among the staff—they look to him for support, he’s incredibly knowledgeable, and he is always so kind. You can also tell this group of guys genuinely enjoys working together, which makes the whole environment even better. Thank you guys for always being so helpful and making things easy!
