As a lawyer, getting mail is still a big deal that can have real consequences for clients and the business. I just wanted to thank you all for how diligent and dependable you’ve been over the years while I’ve been building my firm and expanding our presence into Southeast Asia. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and consistency have never gone unnoticed. You all have been exceptional partners. I truly appreciate you.

Parking in back is a plus in DC. The staff is great especially Amber. Would have given a 10 if they did "Happy Returns". I think that's the name.

Thank you!
This is the lowest rated shipping center in the area for a reason. They wanted to charge to tape an envelope for an Amazon return. Lots of shipping / copy options in this area, go give your business to someone that understands customer service and values a customer more than a small piece of tape. Also agree with other reviews that the store smells terrible and everyone that worked there exhibited a major lack of effort. Go somewhere else!
I stopped by this UPS Store in Chevy Chase, DC, to drop off some items that were already packed and ready to ship – should have been a quick in-and-out. Instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal thanks to the counter guy (the one in the blue shirt and colorful beanie). He absolutely reeked of weed, like he’d been puffing right before his shift. The smell was overpowering and totally unprofessional for a customer-facing role.
His attitude was even worse – zero enthusiasm, mumbled half-answers, and he acted like my simple drop-off was a massive burden. No eye contact, no basic courtesy, just sighs and disinterest the whole time. If you don’t enjoy your job, fine, but don’t take it out on customers who are just trying to get their stuff shipped.
The store setup is standard – clean counter, packing supplies around – but this employee’s vibe killed any chance of a positive experience. I’ll be finding another location next time. UPS, step up your staff training or hiring.
