  Don, the store owner, was helpful in so many ways. He came to the apartment after my sister passed and helped to separate everything I was sending to different addresses. He did it in a way to minimize my costs by dividing things into manageable boxes. He shipped everything in a timely manner and everything arrived with not one break just where it was supposed to go. I did this exercise more than once and each time was the same. This is the best ups store ever. I recommend highly. D

  Had a fairly smooth experience at around noon on a Friday. I was a little apprehensive before going in because of the bad reviews I had read and I had three large boxes to be returned, but I took a chance as it is very close to where I live. I am glad I did that.

  Went here to get a document notarized. Staff informed me that the notary wasn't available until 2pm. Not super helpful in suggesting another option if I needed something sooner.

  Don and his highly competent staff offer excellent customer support at a convenient downtown location. They've helped us with several mailing projects and presented good options to choose from since we are price-sensitive. The kind staff are helpful and go the extra mile. My colleagues and I are regular return customers.

  The UPS associate who helped me, James, was awesome. I didn't know which size box I needed and he walked me through all the options until we found one that was perfect. Thanks James!
