  The service was excellent. I had to return an item that was in an oversized box. The staff downsized the box I had and took the cost down significantly! Clair was really great! I would recommend this location to anyone wanting great customer service and value.

  I am so glad to have this UPS store near my home. It has been so convenient and the employees are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Scotty has helped me out on multiple occasions, once with getting my shipping and passport photos and another time with notarization of important paperwork. He was very patient and was able to accommodate all my needs. Harry is also another amazing employee that I have worked with and observed. He is one of the younger members of the team but still very knowledgeable. He is always enthusiastic to help and I have seen him dealt with two very frustrating customers on different occasions without losing his smile and positivity. I even felt really bad for him. I know that I can come to these guys for help and they will be able to sort it out.

  Went in today after having multiple bad experiences with other carriers. The young gentleman named Danny was everything you would expect from a top tier service rep. A great employee and an even better person. Am really impressed and will 100% be returning because of him.

  Efficient and great service. They don't hassle you or charge you to seal up your package when doing an Amazon return for example like the Georgetown location does.

  tried to charge me 34 dollars to mail an envelope 30 minutes from DC. employee did not try explain why beyond just repeating “it’s a rural surcharge”. did not bother to try to resolve or explain the surcharge beyond that or confirm that information was correct.
