    Another terrible experience at this UPS. The penny squeezing of customers at this location makes it not at all worth its convenience.

    Julio was amazing, he was super helpful choosing the boxes and packing material and when I showed up with a bunch of large heavy boxes he came right out of the shop and carried them all down the stairs for me.
