  Cesar was incredible! I accidentally dropped my keys into an open package before leaving, and he ran down the block to catch me when he found them—absolutely the most kind and generous guy-Thank you Cesar! Give this guy a promotion! Outstanding customer service and I will recommend again!

  Quick and efficient service from start to finish. Tara is exactly the kind of employee every business should have working with customers—friendly, professional, and on top of everything. She helped me get my document notarized and copied in no time at all. The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend working with her!

  The staffs here are amazing, especially Ana. I had some issues where I have to change my shipping address (it is completely my fault) but Ana is really willing to help me. Would give this place a 10/10

  Great customer service. The staff is very kind and helpful. Julio and Ana always helpful with my packages and printing needs. There is a UPS store closer to my office but I visit this store for all my needs now because of them
