  Jen and Deondre went above and beyond while assisting my family with printing documents and mailing an important letter. The process was lengthy and took over an hour, yet they remained patient, attentive, and incredibly diligent throughout the entire experience. Both Jen and Deondre were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous every step of the way. Their outstanding customer service truly made a stressful situation much easier. I would highly recommend this UPS location to anyone seeking reliable, professional, and compassionate assistance.

  A total asset to the 1380 Monroe St NW site is Jenn she is clearly God sent.. the sheer ability to run that business at times single handed on both registers is the bar raises at that store for excellence and sincere customer service that has caused some on the team to express such hospitality and diligence resulting in a service site that makes me glad to walk through the doors. We the public notice, we notice greatly and I for one appreciate Jen and the team she is developing by example of an work ethic that speaks volumes.   Jen displays great leadership its evident she is the glue holding that team at store 5801 alongside encouraging them to be the best they can be like DeAndre a good person whom has great customer service cares for the consumer - thank you for being you... Jen and DeAndre. Edited to expand upon the entire truth. You don't see leadership and team work like that every day. Doing an over night shift to better organize the mailboxes is not such a bad idea ( as some team mates complained about among themselves of the mere thought of it suggested by your leadership ) guys you never know who is listening to you complain it is bad form (( I won't call you out by name that defeats the purpose of good service but I will say to you team mates )) It will help with the overall operations of the business for both customers and employees. FYI we appreciate you all as a team so why not get on board of brilliant ideas that will be a win win for all. I'm a business woman and consumer so I speak from experience on both sides. I share this in love and light.
