  Joe was great, friendly, enthusiastic and so helpful. I had 3 different kinds of packages to send - some with QR codes, others that needed to be wrapped, etc. They helped with each step and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend.

  I needed to return an article of clothing to the UK. The woman at the counter quoted me over $400 to do so. I then asked if they had any idea what USPS would charge me, and the attendant confidently told me it would be "about the same price." It ended up costing $35 at USPS. A cynic might say the woman at the store had no obligation to tell me anything honest about the competition, but not giving me honest advice -- or at least just admitting she didn't know the actual answer to my question, which could have been the case -- doesn't strike me as smart business practice if you're a business trying to serve your neighbors.

  Clean and wet to navigate the team is always polite and knowledgeable - have used return, shipping, printing and notary services - you need to check the notary is working that day but the team are always helpful in providing scheduled for the service
