  Fernando assisted me today with a email generated print/copy project, and he was fantastic, from start to finish. While I was at the store, there were a multitude of clients coming & going, with various demands/needs. He managed to multi-task with great efficiency, communicating with all of us in a manner both precise & respectful. That second attribute - respect, is difficult to come across in the service industry these days! He was a gentleman with each & every client, maintaining a helpful positive attitude throughout his interactions. What a gem! He is no doubt, a great asset to that store, & to UPS in general-he deserves a promotion!!
