  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for about three years now, and somehow I still don’t know the staff by name, which I’m realizing is a shame because they all deserve a shoutout. It seems to be the same small team of three men and one woman, and every single one of them has consistently been friendly, patient, communicative, and genuinely helpful. Over the years, they’ve gotten used to seeing me, and there’s now that easy, welcoming rapport that makes it feel like a true neighborhood store. When I bring my dog in, they always make sure he gets a treat, which is such a small thing but says a lot about the atmosphere they’ve created. I regularly have to use UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on what I’m shipping, and I can confidently say I am always happiest when the package gets to go through UPS. That’s entirely because of the people working at this location. After three years of consistently great customer service, they deserve some recognition. Thank you to the whole team for always making a basic errand a genuinely pleasant part of my neighborhood routine.

  Went for notary services. Notary Brian insisted that he was not supposed to fill out the jurat, and rather my employer would fill that out (?! why would my employer fill out a statement to the effect of "I am the notary and this person signed in front of me"?!). The document was of course rejected by my prospective employer for not being notarized properly. He also didn't look at my ID. I wouldn't complain about that part if I'd left with a usable document.

  Have had good service at this location before with dropping off nespresso pods for recycling and Amazon returns. However, super inconvenient that the store was supposed to open at 9 AM on Saturday and at 0945 they still weren't open because whoever had the key didn't show up to work. Bummer.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I had to. I came into this location a few months ago and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the store felt clean, and everything ran efficiently. Unfortunately, something has clearly changed. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the store looked. The counters and floors didn’t appear well maintained, and the overall atmosphere just felt neglected. Instead of feeling welcoming, the entire place had an uncomfortable, negative vibe. What made things worse was the customer service. The older gentleman was outside smoking right by the front entrance multiple times while I was there. Walking through cigarette smoke before entering a business isn’t exactly the first impression customers should have. The young woman with glasses who helped me also seemed disorganized and inefficient. The transaction took much longer than it should have, and there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency despite there not being a particularly difficult request. It’s surprising how quickly a business can go downhill. Based on my previous visit, I would have recommended this store without hesitation. After this experience, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other shipping locations that are cleaner, more professional, and make customers feel like their business is appreciated.
