  My mom went in today to get a finger print done and man there was very rude to her. My mom speaks English but it’s not perfect and he refused to help her anytime she had a question I had to leave work to try to assist my through the phone since he was no help. Lied about the finger print machine being broken. He was very rude and mean to my mother and me when I spoke on the phone with him. His name is Bryan or Brien ( not sure how to spell it) but he was very rude.

  This is probably one of the best UPS Stores that I have been to in this area. The management is top tier. UPS lost my package and two days of calling customer service which were about as helpful as a rock. The manager Ed took time out of his day to track down my package and call me personally to update me. It's rare to receive customer service like that these days. Again, a wonderful store and all of the staff are friendly and helpful.

  I frequently drop off packages at this store and am always delighted to see the professional team who works there. They are so helpful, kind, and fun to talk to, and ready to solve any problems I have with shipping or packaging. Kudos to the store manager and all of you, you do such a nice job. Thank you!

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for about three years now, and somehow I still don’t know the staff by name, which I’m realizing is a shame because they all deserve a shoutout. It seems to be the same small team of three men and one woman, and every single one of them has consistently been friendly, patient, communicative, and genuinely helpful. Over the years, they’ve gotten used to seeing me, and there’s now that easy, welcoming rapport that makes it feel like a true neighborhood store. When I bring my dog in, they always make sure he gets a treat, which is such a small thing but says a lot about the atmosphere they’ve created. I regularly have to use UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on what I’m shipping, and I can confidently say I am always happiest when the package gets to go through UPS. That’s entirely because of the people working at this location. After three years of consistently great customer service, they deserve some recognition. Thank you to the whole team for always making a basic errand a genuinely pleasant part of my neighborhood routine.
