  Love using this location. They are always friendly even if they’re busy. Notary public is also the best and my go-to.

  I go to this UPS store regularly for Amazon and other online returns. The staff are helpful, attentive, and courteous. I've gotten to know several staff members over the years - they are really great people who provide a great service to the neighborhood. I see a lot of disorganized people go into this store and expect the staff to resolve their problems. I see the staff respond gracefully, though sometimes that means turning them away. The store hours are strict - that's a fact of life at a lot of businesses. I don't think it's valid to complain about that. I have walked in minutes before closing - I've always been served in those situations but the staff have a ton of work to do loading trucks and such around closing time. I do not recommend going to the store really close to closing - for your and the staff's sake. Just go during the normal hours. They're much better than USPS's hours as it is.
