  There was a level of exceptional service by the two women at the counter who handled a busy after work crowd from notary signatures to shipping and pickups to faxing-all with grace and a smile AND efficiency!

  I've shown up to this location 2 times in the past 6 months on 2 separate visits. Both times there wasn't a notary on site. It's ridiculous that I waited in line and told that I needed a notary and then was told to wait. Then a few minutes later I was told that there wasn't a notary on staff for the day. This location should lose their franchise with UPS. This place is awful.

  I love the staff at this location. They’re kind, fun and patient. Marco especially is a 10/10 employee. Several customers showed up 5 minutes before they closed and he was equally welcoming to all of us - didn’t rush us and had a great attitude. He literally said don’t worry you’re in the door, I’ll take care of you. He’s an amazing every visit. He needs a raise or a bonus!
