  I had great customer service from Mani. She was very friendly and helpful. She was quick and efficient managing multiple customers at one time and getting them out quickly. I would definitely come back to this store.

  Rude young girl (one wearing outrageous fake eyelashes - guess there is no professional standards when hiring?) She dismissed me with every question and just kept replying "have a good day" when I wanted to know about the label, tape and shipping process of my package. No answer...just like a parrot "have a good day" UPS- you need to retrain your staff and also have a code for professional dress code/appearance.

  I ordered product and it was delivered. I kept coming back to see if the attendants found it. They said no, and that the store could reimburse me at the lost item's value. In order to do so, I had to give my contact information. It's been 2 weeks and the manager/owner hasn't reached out. Last time I went there I asked the same attendant if he passed the information along and he said he did. Either he didn't or he did and his boss just didn't give af. Had this issue since august 5th and still nothing.
