  Do not use this UPS store if you need any kind of helpful counter service from an associate. I visited this location two days in a row after asking when the notary would be available. Each day I showed up to use the notary services at a time when the notary was scheduled to be there; both times I was told the notary had left early – at least 40 minutes early both times. Then, after not being able to use the notary, I also needed to send a next-day letter, which I mentioned to the counter associate when I arrived. She promptly answered the phone and walked to the other side of the store to help the caller while she was (allegedly) in the middle of helping me. I can’t speak to other people’s experiences, although I have witnessed pretty rude behavior on a regular basis at this UPS store, as it is near my office. But I will not use this UPS store anymore and will just save up my UPS errands for the location much closer to my house. Save yourself a headache, and the time out of your day.

  Was in there for 3 minutes and started sweating, please fix the ac man those poor workers. It’s the busy ups store with no ac lol how does that work

  Had a great experience at UPS Store thanks to Franklin.Super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service and really appreciated the positive attitude. Thanks again, Franklin!

  Store on Tuesday may 20 is over 90 degrees inside at 10 am!!! Cmon fix the AC for your employees or get a big fan!!! Employees are great and store is normally outstanding...
