  The staff is very courteous, I visited the store not knowing what I needed done, had to be done online. I had no clue how to get it done. Donald not only explained to me how to do it ( because I was still clueless 🤦🏽‍♀️😂) he took the time to go step by step with me ( he really did everything for me on my phone ) and ensured that I got everything I needed done. Donald showed exceptional customer service. Thank you Donald for going above and beyond to help me. You really saved the day‼️

  Went to drop off a package on my lunch break. The 2 ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Made the experience very pleasant.

  Very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The employee with long black hair and arm tattoos first told me I could not receive my package because my passport and green card were not enough since they didn’t show my address. When I tried to ask questions or show my tracking information, she kept interrupting me and would not let me explain. Then I was told the package was probably not even at this UPS location and that I must have the wrong store. When another employee — a man wearing a durag — tried to help me and explain the situation, she repeatedly interrupted him and dismissed me from the line in a very rude and unprofessional way. The older employee with gray hair also spoke to me disrespectfully and told me not to ask questions because she was “talking to her coworker.” In the end, the male employee found my package, explained the actual issue properly, and helped me receive it after paying the required fee. So clearly there WAS a solution from the beginning. The problem was not the package — it was the rude attitude, conflicting information, and complete lack of professionalism.
