  They are amazing as a staff. I have never had a problem with being serviced quickly and being greeted warmly. I am just begging you guys to update your online hours to reflect that you’re closed on Sundays. I keep forgetting and looking it up before heading there, only to find the gate pulled down, the store dark, and the door locked.

  Greeted upon entry. Female staff member came behind the counter to assist and my transaction was under five minutes. I can tell its a busy location but staff was efficient, professional and the store was clean and well stocked.

  The female clerk at store #7315 is amazing. We visited the store today to get papers notarized and to mail a return. While on line, a customer arrives with 3 large Tropical Smoothie drinks in a tray. Right in front of the door she drops one that splatters EVERYWHERE! This clerk was like a happy ninja multitasking. The line was out the door and she stepped out, mopped the area, attended to the line of customers that was out the door. She completely set a tone of calmness and efficiency simultaneously, all with a smile on her face. Truly incredible person. And the notary was also excellent. Thorough and patient!

  I visited this UPS Store today and was disappointed with the customer service I received. I had a few questions about the services offered, but the employee assisting me was very short with their responses and came across as unfriendly.I had another package to ship however I don't know if it was me or the rep. ( Second time I experienced this at the same store ....I assume it's the latter) I understand that stores can get busy, but customers should still be treated with patience and respect. A more welcoming attitude and willingness to answer questions would have made for a much better experience. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive the level of service they expect.

  Exceptional customer service provided by all staff. Each member were seen working a a cohesive team assisting all customers effortlessly and courteously. The staff truly went above and beyond with exceptional customer service! Everyone seemed to be working together as a team, making sure to help all customers in a friendly and easy way.
