    Excellent experience at the UPS Store! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made the shipping process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and handled everything with care. The store was clean, organized, and efficient even during a busy time. It’s rare to find customer service this consistently great these days. Highly recommend this location for shipping, printing, or any business services!

    Stores doesnt open at the time. It should open. I waited outside for them to open and never did.

    Sam is a member of the staff, he helped me get my package as soon as I got there. I didn’t have to wait or anything, make sure you go to Sam.

    It’s a franchise UPS so they charge you $4 to print a single label. Know before you so they don’t take your money. Probably better to go to a non franchise where they aren’t so hungry for money they up charge you 4000 times the cost for ink and a sheet of paper.

    I had a package that was supposed to be picked up within 7 days. The girls that worked at this location returned my package to sender BEOFRE the 7 days were up. On the ups site it shows that they marked that I refused my package when clearly I was here to pick it up today. I don’t know if my package was attempted to be stolen or if these people just didn’t want to hold my package for the 7 days PER the company policy. My package arrived at the location on 1/29/26 and I when I went to pick up my package today the women who worked there said they returned it to sender on 2/3/26. I need a complete investigation that’s clearly not right!
