  Had a great experience at this UPS Store! The service was fast, friendly, and professional. Tabitha especially went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole process easy. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. Easily some of the best customer service I’ve had in DC. Highly recommend this location, and a big thank you to Tabitha!

  I had a great experience with Tabitha! I had mailed some boxes home but for some reason one box had a mix up and was mailed to my old address. Thankfully it was found and taken back to UPS. Tabitha was very diligent, re-boxed my items since the box was damaged, and mailed it to the correct address. Everything arrived to me safely! Thank you Tabitha and team!

  The Associates at this location are always professional, personable and helpful. This applies to both in the store and online, especially Tabitha, who helped me track down a package that was damaged and I would’ve been devastated if it was lost. I’m grateful for the team and highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

  Incredibly rude customer service. Popped in to mail a document. There’s no cell service so I couldn’t retrieve the destination zip code immediately. Clerk told me to step outside to get service, essentially telling me to pound sand. Very unhelpful. I politely suggested that she look up the address since she had a functioning computer in front of her and it would save us both time. I was the only one there, no line. She did not like that. Could not have been less helpful.

  This is a great location the person that helped me his name was Deuce!!! I tell you he adds value to the UPS organization!!! So if anyone needs a good Customer Service person come steal this guy away. Every time I ever came here the staff was on point… I went to the location by the DC Costco and they told me they couldn’t do something when I came to this location near Union market. Washington DC they did everything that the first location denied capability of.
