  I had an amazing experience at this Subway! I stopped in and ordered a Cold Cut sandwich, and the gentleman who made it absolutely nailed it. Every ingredient was fresh, everything was perfectly balanced, and it was honestly one of the best Subway sandwiches I've had. It was so good that I came back again—and to my surprise, the same Spanish gentleman remembered exactly how I liked my Cold Cut sandwich and made it perfectly without missing a beat. That level of customer service and attention to detail is rare these days. I sincerely apologize that I didn't get your name, but thank you for your outstanding service and for taking pride in what you do. Management, if you see this, give this man a raise! Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back.
