  The worker Sharifa is rude as hell! She had an attitude the whole time making my sandwich when she is the one that messed up because she toasted it! And then she burnt the bread on top of that and expected me to still eat it.

  I showed up at 9:39 in visible distress asking to use a restroom. My stomach was in great pain. I had to express that I had ran from the Vietnam war memorial all the way to there just to use a restroom because all of the other restrooms were locked. I had to plead with him and got into a back-and-forth repeatedly, trying to say that my stomach was in great pain and I needed to use a restroom as he kept insisting that he would need to clean it afterwards that he did not want me to do that. I told him I would pay I would buy whatever needed, he said I don’t want you to buy anything. I was in the bathroom for about three minutes as fast as possible, and the entire time I could hear him screaming at his coworker. When I left I tried to say that he was a very good man and that I was extremely grateful; I offered to pay him a tip and left him money on the counter and as I was trying to say this his coworker just kept saying OK OK OK and cutting me off before I could say anything. Mind you this was now about 945. I walked out the door and he locked it behind me and continued to scream at his coworker, even though this place closes at 10.

  They don't understand the order and then they want to charge you more than the bill. A very rude lady

  The workers have attitudes with all the black customers ….. come here if you like being treated UNFAIRLY based on the color of your skin *hint hint* . All I did was walk in they frowned their face up and then gave attitude when I changed my sandwich. If you can’t work around or with EVERY CULTURE , customer service is not for you ! SAD!!

  Caught the staff being rude to an African American security guard that works for the areas . I see her all the time and she gets the worst customer service from them ! I hope you pick better staff , this is ridiculous. I willl not be coming back … disgusting .
