  Steer clear of this location! They DO not value their customers and constantly OVERCHARGE or tell lies about scanning to obtain your reward points. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. For a much better subway experience go to the subway down Alabama ave in the Safeway strip mall. You’ll get great customer service and a locations that actually honors the promotions they proclaim they do.

  Requested 15 gift cards w/ $10 on each. After several failed attempts by several employees including the manager - and me graciously allowing several customers to check out ahead of me - I was told they need cash to complete the transaction. Since w/ all their fumbling it never got to a point where I even reached for my wallet, it was apparent that how I paid had zero to do w/ the problem, and since I don't carry that amount of cash on my person , I'll simply purchase from a different Subway. I received no apology, no acknowledgement not one polite response for my wasted time....just a shrug of shoulders. This is deplorable behavior. They are rude and lack an iota of customer service. I won't be back.

  They knew I was going to order cookies but they can give a little more veggies on their sandwiches

  I love the staff… great personalities and very nice…also store always clean and I love the music they play.. feels right at home
