  Allstate has really gone downhill recently, from not answering phones, to not adding new vehicles correctly, to inability to process claims quickly. Overall, if I could give 0 stars, I would, but I'm leaving 2 stars, only because of how helpful Daniella was in canceling my policies. Allstate needs more employees like her.

  I am very pleased - I have four policies rolled together from Allstate for a fair price, rather than in the past, wherein I had to deal with multiple vendors.

  I have not had any problems with Allstate, there prices are great ,and it seems that their customer service is as good.
