  Terrible set up. They have to sign each person in at the front gate. Everyone on your car has to have an id. So weird.

  Absolutely rude lady at the counter. Asked her a simple question to double check on a case related to a pickup and she blew up on me, yelling in front of other customers. Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a business. This person needs to relax and learn how to talk to people.
