They wanted to charge extra even though I had a label prepaid because of the location. Absurd.

Extremely nice people who work here, but they charge a “processing fee” for outgoing packages because “they’re located in the hotel.” Inconsistent application of fee-I’ve dropped off packages with prepaid label before, without a fee. Went to drop one today with prepaid label during my lunch, just because I like getting a receipt, and was told it would be $4 to scan. I got it back and just dropped in the FedEx box back at my building. Avoid this location.

Didn't use it. Wanted an extra $10 for handling on top of the shipping charge and in addition to a packaging charge. What? No thanks.

There is NO FedEx signage at this location letting you know where it can be found. I gave up looking for it and went to Staples.
