  Extremely nice people who work here, but they charge a “processing fee” for outgoing packages because “they’re located in the hotel.” Inconsistent application of fee-I’ve dropped off packages with prepaid label before, without a fee. Went to drop one today with prepaid label during my lunch, just because I like getting a receipt, and was told it would be $4 to scan. I got it back and just dropped in the FedEx box back at my building. Avoid this location.

  Their service was fine, but this is a "premium" location, so there is a $10 service fee for all packages.

  Send a UPS overnight to the JW Marriott address (not FedEx) and the FedEx in the building holds the delivery hostage for $10 handling fee.

  Professional service that assisted me with shipping a time sensitive package. Special arrangements for shipping were made available as well due to me being unfamiliar with the shipping policy within the hotel.
