  Extremely nice people who work here, but they charge a “processing fee” for outgoing packages because “they’re located in the hotel.” Inconsistent application of fee-I’ve dropped off packages with prepaid label before, without a fee. Went to drop one today with prepaid label during my lunch, just because I like getting a receipt, and was told it would be $4 to scan. I got it back and just dropped in the FedEx box back at my building. Avoid this location.

  Didn't use it. Wanted an extra $10 for handling on top of the shipping charge and in addition to a packaging charge. What? No thanks.

  Send a UPS overnight to the JW Marriott address (not FedEx) and the FedEx in the building holds the delivery hostage for $10 handling fee.

  Anita was extremely helpful getting me in and out of her store as quickly and efficiently as possible. The very best FedEx experience I have had. And I have had some great ones.
