  I used this location at 325 7th Street NW DC to return several items to Amazon. Naiyah went above and beyond to assist me with my returns, not giving up when Amazon's QR codes were not working. Naiyah has a can do attitude and is very professional, patient, and kind! Each time we go to this location the employees are very hardworking and helpful and the store is well organized and clean. THANK YOU!

  I had an emergency shipment that needed to go out and the assistant manager, Mehdi, went above and beyond by helping me through the options available and recommending the best one for my needs. The branch was clean and well-stocked. I highly recommend this location due to the service provided by Mehdi.

  I don't often write reviews, but after my experience with Mehdi at this location, I had to. Due to a slip-up, I had to reprint something very urgently. So, things were very chaotic. Mehdi was extremely helpful every step of the way, and took time out of his day to go above and beyond to take care of me. I strongly encourage using their services when in DC!

  Had the best experience- Arrived at opening for a large scale rush order and the staff were ON it! They sorted out some file issues I had, helped me select paper (and showed me samples), and had printing and trimming done in less than an hour! My prints were beautifully done with excellent colour matching and zero streaks or faults. 100/10; a kind, knowledgeable and professional experience, highly recommend.
