I rarely if ever write a public review, but the experience today was SO bad, that I am compelled to. This review is about attendant "Mehdi" at the print station. My wife needed 4 copies of a color document printed: 2 copies in Letter and 2 in Tabloid. Mehdi had made up his mind to be unhelpful from the start for some reason, and started answering every question sarcastically, beginning with stating "there are 1000s of kinds of papers here, which one do you want?". The breaking point was reached when he said he will charge us $8.75 to resize the color print to match the paper size. When I challenged that and asked him to show me their fees catalog, he said "I would normally not show this catalog, but will do since you ask" and opened a book to show the $8.75 fee for "digital enhancement" of a photo. I told him resizing doesn't constitute digital enhancement - he just needs to hit print and fit-to-page and we are okay with a white space if the aspect ratio doesn't match. Thereafter he turned rude, argumentative and defensive, and we left.
We drove over to another Fedex location at 1512 14th St NW ---the lady there was super helpful and polite; we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The receipt for the job is attached: it cost us $4.83. There was no "digital enhancement fee" as expected.

FedEx Office went above and beyond for me during a very difficult time. I needed help printing and preparing funeral programs and other materials for a service — something I had absolutely no experience doing — and their team was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
They walked me through formatting, paper options, sizing, and made sure everything looked beautiful and professional. What meant the most was that they even stayed late on a Friday night to help me finish everything so it would be ready for the next day. That level of care and dedication is rare.
During an emotional and stressful time, they made the process seamless and supportive. This is by far the best FedEx in DC. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing thoughtful, reliable service.
Very slow service. Didn’t help that the manager was trying to train people in the middle of them helping me with a package. If I didn’t tell them it wouldn’t even be scanned and then my return would be lost.

Printed my resumes to the wrong fedex and they were able to print them on the spot! I was able to email them the file on my phone. Very thankful for their help and customer service!
