  This isn’t a real FedEx drop off location. It’s run by a third-party so they charge an astronomical amount to drop off your prepaid FedEx package. It was $10 for a box containing one pair of kids shoes that weigh less than a pound

  Smiley was amazing! I had an unusual shaped item to ship, and my goodness, he was just as determined to find me a box as I was ready to ship it! Amazing customer service. This location is located inside Hyatt Hotel, so parking was nonexistent. Good thing I found street parking close by.

  Don’t go here. They charge a $10 “handling fee” to drop off any package, regardless if it’s a prepaid return label or not. “Because we’re in the hotel”, she said.

  Echoing the other reviews - they don't list the "package handling fee" anywhere on their website, so they know they are purposefully deceiving people. Find any other location or skip FedEx entirely; that the national brand allows this crap is beyond the pale
