  I visited this FedEx location to send something internationally to Canada. Taking the photos and having them printed took a while but what I was requesting was bit out of the ordinally so it was ok. However, the issues started when I was told the shipping price. I was told it would be over $120 to ship a small envelope with one document in it. I told them that must be incorrect and asked for them to check again, to which they said the price is now closer to $30. I'm not sure what the first price was all about. Further, after the item was paid for and sealed, the envelope sat at a distribution center for several days even past when it was supposed to be delivered. I called the main FedEx line and was told there was no international invoice done for my item! I had to fill one out myself manually and send it back to customer service. This is something that the employee should have done in the store. Overall, my item was about a week late being delivered. I would not visit this location unless you have to.

  I love the convenience of this store and I’ve had my share of very helpful and kind staff. However, my most recent visit the lady who was working was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, slamming on her mouse and keyboard. I don’t know what happens in people’s lives outside of work, but please don’t project it on your customers. I came in peacefully and quiet, let’s just be civil and nice to each other.
