  The staff and service here are absolutely awesome! I was in a real bind with my poster presentation scheduled for tomorrow morning. By 4 PM today, I still hadn't printed my poster, and the website said the earliest pick-up would be tomorrow afternoon. I called this FedEx store just to see if there was any chance, and the employee was so helpful—he told me they could get it done today. To my surprise, they had it ready in less than an hour! I’m so grateful. Thank you for saving my day!

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and smooth.   I had a negative experience with an employee named Kee kee. Her demeanor was unprofessional and came across as dismissive and rude. I am not expecting small talk or pleasantries, but basic courtesy in guiding a customer through the process was clearly lacking. The interaction felt abrupt and unhelpful, and it left me concerned about the handling of my shipment.
