Kee Kee provided excellent customer service! When I was having trouble printing my documents, she stepped in right away and took care of everything. Truly helpful and professional. Highly recommend this location.

I had a negative experience with an employee named Kee kee. Her demeanor was unprofessional and came across as dismissive and rude. I am not expecting small talk or pleasantries, but basic courtesy in guiding a customer through the process was clearly lacking. The interaction felt abrupt and unhelpful, and it left me concerned about the handling of my shipment.

Went in and the employee was rude and watching videos on his phone. We asked him if he could help us and he snapped I am on my break. We waited for nearly 10 minutes and then asked him if he could just help us ship a package real quick we need to catch a flight. He snapped at us that he was going to be on his break for another 30 minutes. We left because the last thing I wanted him to do was break are packages after I left. I filmed the whole thing. Fedex needs to fire this guy immediately.

I went in to print photos and first the machine wouldn't read my USB, then it would only read half the photos on the CD that the FedEx staff made me, and to top it off the machine wouldn't give me my credit card back. The only reason I didn't give this place 1 star is because the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend going to this location to print photos, especially if you are in a hurry.
