  Worked with Fausto today to ship a refund back. I unfortunately did not have my return label cut out of the paper and when I offered to do it if he let me borrow some scissors he said he'd take care of it himself, which not many other places have done. He had a great attitude and was super helpful. I also like how close to the metro this location is, it's so convinent.

  Excellent service and well-stocked location. We had a big printing job with lots of specific requirements. The location had everything we needed, and Gonzalo was a huge help. He managed it all for us and was very knowledgable. We worked with us to understand our needs and made excellent recommendations.

  Went on a Friday afternoon and there was only one other customer, so not busy at all, but the person working was quite rude to me and others he interacted with. Just ended up going to USPS a few blocks away, which is much cheaper and takes around the same time.
