  We picked up a hold shipment from this store and Justin was AMAZING! I called before to make arrangements for pick up and he answered every question I had, His customer service was spot on. Based on there the store is located, it was chaotic but Justin provided suggestions on where to park and how to access the store. The release/pickup was seamless and Justin assisted us in getting packages to our vehicle. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to assist us as we are not from the area or familiar with the location. I am forever grateful for his kindness!

  Would give zero stars if I could. Went in to purchase a self addressed prepaid fed ex envelope and they wouldn't sell it to me. Told me I have to set up an account on line and purchase it myself somehow. The on line system wouldn't work. After trying for 15 minutes I gave up. So unhelpful. Went to UPS and they did it all for me at the counter.
