Ibrahim saved the day! We packaged a return in packaging that would have cost so much that the return would have been silly to make. He helped us resize our package and save $30!! Thank you, Ibrahim!!

We picked up a hold shipment from this store and Justin was AMAZING! I called before to make arrangements for pick up and he answered every question I had, His customer service was spot on. Based on there the store is located, it was chaotic but Justin provided suggestions on where to park and how to access the store. The release/pickup was seamless and Justin assisted us in getting packages to our vehicle. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to assist us as we are not from the area or familiar with the location. I am forever grateful for his kindness!
