Most unhelpful and unwelcoming place. You can stand there at the front of the line for 10+ mins before anyone even says hello or acknowledges the wait time. Best to go to UPS store around the corner.

One of the worst locations in the nw/moco area. Slow. Some staff always on phones and seem annoyed to help. You’ll get varying policy explanations depending on who you speak to. Use another location if you do a lot of business via FedEx.

Poor customer service communication skills especially when the staff talks over you when discussing the order history. As a business owner I feel this location needs better training and attention with customer engagement. Five times, I was disrupted explaining an issue, it felt like communication friction that’s uncomfortable enough to review your work.
