  For the first time in America, I might have actually experienced racism face to face. My experience doesn’t even have words to describe it. From literally being ignored, had 4 people before me getting all the support of the same service I wanted while Jeff told me to seat and create an account myself because “you do that yourself” to get an envelope with a prepaid shipping label. And when I wanted to clarify the Jeff said and I quote “I work for FedeX, You don’t”.

  Had a great experience with this location. The representative stayed after to 7:22PM to help me with a complicated shipment of my desk extension. I am greatly appreciative of his honesty and professionalism and the overall experience provided by this staff member and this FedEx location. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this FedEx location!
