  I came here regarding a delivery issue, and Janet and another staff member whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, but started with an M, were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. Despite being busy and assisting other customers, they still took the time to help me and went above and beyond, even allowing me to use their office phone and personal devices to help resolve the issue. I really appreciated their patience and outstanding customer service.

  I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location, thanks in large part to Marco. My colleague and I spent several hours working on materials for an upcoming event, and what started as a complex, somewhat overwhelming set of requests quickly became seamless once Marco stepped in. From the moment he offered his help, Marco demonstrated incredible attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. He took the time to fully understand what we needed, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure every element was executed perfectly. What really stood out was his follow-through—he didn’t just assist in the moment, he ensured that the final products were of exceptional quality. It’s rare to find someone so committed to both customer service and craftsmanship. Marco went above and beyond to meet our needs, and his support made a huge difference in our ability to prepare for our event successfully. Highly recommend this location—especially if you have the chance to work with Marco!

  I visited the M St. location for the first time today -- wow! The friendly clerk took my package, walked me through printing my drop-off receipt, and wished me a blessed day. I was in the store maybe two minutes. Thank you for an easy, pleasant experience.
