  Today is my first time coming into FedEx to print posters, and the receptionist who was working by his own was really really nice. He was able to help me print everything at the same time he was handling other customers. Thank you so much. I forgot to ask his name tho!

  Larry and Ty are outstanding!!! They always enthusiastically greet their customers as soon as they walk in the door and they maintain that cheerful, positive attitude throughout the service and transaction, no matter what challenges they or their customers encounter. I have been to several FedEx stores in DC, the surrounding area, and other states, but I've never experienced service as consistently outstanding as the service provided by Larry and Ty. Wish we could clone them!

  A kind woman turned in my lost wallet to this store and Ty and the other young man working with him today (forgot to grab his name) were both so kind and helpful in getting it back to me. Excellent customer service
