  Extremely disappointing service at the FedEx Office on Wisconsin Avenue. We arrived to print a few cards with approximately 30 minutes remaining before closing, yet the employees refused to assist us because they were apparently already done working for the day. If a business advertises that it is open until a certain time, customers should be able to receive service until that time—not be turned away half an hour early because the staff has mentally checked out. What is the purpose of posting business hours if employees decide for themselves when customer service ends? This was unprofessional, dismissive, and a complete waste of our time. If printing services stop 30 minutes before the store closes, that should be clearly posted online and at the entrance. Otherwise, management needs to ensure that employees actually serve customers during the hours the business claims to be open. We left without receiving the service we came for and will seriously reconsider returning to this location.
