This FedEx location on 14th Street has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The only bright spot is one employee, an Ethiopian gentleman, who is consistently helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seem poorly trained and uninterested in helping customers.
On multiple visits, I have received incorrect information, been directed to the wrong services, and been charged for things that were not properly explained. Simple tasks such as printing, cutting, and processing orders often seem confusing for the staff, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration.
What is even more disappointing is the lack of management oversight. I visit this location regularly because it is close to my apartment, yet I rarely see any effort to address the ongoing service issues. The staff frequently appear disengaged, unprofessional, and unconcerned about providing a positive customer experience.
The only reason I continue to use this location is convenience. If FedEx corporate or regional management were to seriously review customer interactions at this store, I believe they would be embarrassed by the level of service being provided.
This location has the potential to be much better, but it urgently needs stronger management, better training, and a renewed focus on customer service.

I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location on June 2, 2026, in the afternoon. The counter employee who assisted me seemed impatient and told me to hurry up while I was confirming shipping information by phone. He also entered shipping details that I had to correct and did not seem to take my concerns seriously.
This review is about the specific employee who assisted me during that visit, not the entire staff. I hope management reviews the interaction and improves customer service.
After leaving, I went to UPS, where I was treated with respect and professionalism. The staff helped me quickly and efficiently, answered my questions, and completed my shipment without any issues. The experience was much better and far more customer-friendly.

I always have my packages sent to this store. They was wonderful service here. Excellent Customer Service!
