The store is tiny but they have a decent selection of over the counter items. The employee was very nice and willing to help. The store is easy to miss because the signage is not the greatest and the store is tucked around a corner.

Wasted my time and tried to charge a $4 handling fee. What are you handling?? Employee was also rude and didn’t mention there was a nearby location where no handling fee was required.

Shelby is great! Right on top of things, helped me when the online ordering wasn't working properly.

They’re not open to the public and they charge a “handling fee” even if the postage is already paid for.
