Avoid. They Charge and extra handling fee to receive or ship from this specific location due to location in hotel. This is even on prepaid shipments. Nice service otherwise.

It was decent. The employee that was working wasn’t exceptionally helpful but I was able to ship my package eventually.

I had a fantastic experience. Courtney and Joe were extremely helpful. I had a time-sensitive project and they went out of their way to help.

This location charges charges an an extra $10 fee because it’s in a hotel and it was tough to get service. Walk the few extra blocks to a better location.
