Rain was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with assistance on helping me recover a warranty purchase from 2 years ago which was a car battery. The following day i also purchased an alternator and that was too a smooth experience. Very much top tier customer service!

I ran across this majority woman ran Advanced Auto Parts store today in S.E. DC and I must say I was really impressed with the A1 service I received. It really means alot, as good customer service is not easily found these days. P.S. one happy customer 😀 😊 😄 ☺️

This advance auto parts store had very helpful staff. They called to confirmed my order, clean store, organized, and over all well take care of. The neighborhood can be rough but if you’re not out here causing problems you’ll be fine. I will definitely shop here again
