    Anytime we have gone in we have always gotten great service and awesome food!! Amy is amazing just about remembering what you order each time you come in. Polite and kind is an understatement!! Her co-worker Carrie shines just as bright as her!! Then we've had Tyler, this young man is awesome!! It was soo busy but he focused on each person as it was all it mattered!! His helper hadn't arrived so he did it all, from making the sandwiches to check out never missing a beat!! All around great employees!! Great job Yantic!!

    They put all of my veggies on the bottom of my sandwich instead of the top like is supposed to be so when I got home it looked like this and tasted completely off.

    I’ve been to many Subways and this one by far is my favorite. The staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs. The store is always clean and you can tell they take pride in their store and their customers. Knowing how to do your job is good, but going above and beyond every time is something you can’t train. It comes naturally at this store. A++

    During my recent visit 5/18/2026 around 4:40 PM EST, the store manager, Amy, spent a considerable amount of time loudly reprimanding her staff in front of customers. For nearly 30 minutes, she was yelling at employees, complaining about having to work alone the previous day due to a no‑call/no‑show, and even saying she was “paying her employees herself,” which came across as personal and disrespectful toward her team. When we asked for a small correction to a group order, she raised her voice at us as well, explaining that the app didn’t reflect the store’s current inventory. My mother and I were seated on the opposite side of the restaurant, yet the volume and duration of the yelling made it difficult to enjoy our meal. My feedback is I believe employee discipline and internal frustrations should be handled privately, not in front of customers. The environment created during this visit made the experience uncomfortable and ultimately ruined what should have been a simple, pleasant meal. We were very surprised by this visit & we expect this is not the norm.
