    I spent a little over $10 on a sandwich and then spend an additional couple dollars for a beverage location was under construction. I asked for a cup of ice as my beverage was not that cold management told me I had to purchase an additional drink to get a cup of ice unbelievable I haven’t been back since It was a to go order like really lost my business

    I had the worst service at this Subway! When I arrived I was stared at until I said “hello”. Then I was asked “what do you want?”. When I stated that I was ordering 4 sandwiches, she sighed and immediately asked for help from her coworker. They messed up on one of the sandwiches where they had started one of mine and then combined the next customers meat on my sandwich. Then they were going to remove the other customers meat and proceed to finish the sandwich until another coworker just started my sandwich over again. When I paid with my credit card and was ready to leave, one of the worker said “don’t you want your change?”. When she realized what she said, she just pushed my order to me and said “here”. I’m never coming back to this Subway!

    I have the displeasure of this being the subway closest to my house. Everything i have ordered here over the years I would say about 90% of it is incorrect when I get it delivered. Which leads me to think their employees cant read or can't be bother to. I ordered a plain tuna sub with chips. I received the wrong bread, added items on the sub I didnt request and they toasted it, when that wasn't the request. Also I received the wrong chips. The times I've gone into the store the employees were always miserable and didnt even look at you, another incident I had called the restaurant and the girl who answered literally said "what do you want me to do about it" in regards to missing items. Do better...seriously.
