  This was my first visit to this Subway. My 6inch white bread roll was ROCK HARD. It must've been days old. To pay almost 9 bucks for a 6inch sub and get this poor quality is disheartening..especially after an 11hr shift when one is exhausted and just paying someone else to do a simple task. Please stop giving your customers garbage. The staff was very friendly and courteous though.. a female manager and a young man. I appreciated that. But I paid for edible food and I didn't get it.

  This is a great Subway location. Shannon is very attentive to customers, meats/toppings/condiments, cleanliness of the store, etc. I love how she makes my chicken, bacon ranch. I live down the street and I'm happy this store is on my block.

  I appreciate that they let me use the restroom before I ordered however When I ordered the deal of the day and asked them to remove some ingredients, actually eliminate them from the sandwich, they stated that I have to pay more and they charged me more, a lot more. Whenever I order less from another fast food place I get charged the same or less but not more so this is not right and should be made right by the franchise owner. It would be one thing if I added extra protein or something that would cost more but to subtract cheese sauce and Baja Chipotle sauce from a sandwich on Thursday and charge me for rotisserie chicken plus cookies and drink separately for a total of $11.68 instead of $6.99 is really really bad and does not reflect in my opinion most subway franchises.

  The staff is always very nice and I love the food, however I had a roast beef & bacon sub from them the other night that gave me food poisoning so badly that all the vomiting caused me to completely blow my voice out and pull something in my back. I was out of work for 2 days. Sorry to paint a picture like that but after violently vomiting every 15-20 minutes all night til sunrise, I really can't give more than one star. My friends urged me to call the board of health but the service is usually so good and the people are so nice I can't bring myself to do worse than give a one-star review.
