  Nasha is a ray of sunshine! She listened. She understood it's a birthday package going out. She went above and beyond and offered little red heart stickers to decorate the package with. Totally above and beyond, but it's the little things that matter so much! Thank you Nasha!

  When I came in on Wednesday this week I was really stressed out about getting my package there on time. I showed up to the UPS store and George assured me it would get there when I needed it to. It did!! He was so supportive and helpful, I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I couldn’t recommend this store more. The people working here give the best service imaginable.

  Can I please leave a 100-Star review for literally the BEST UPS Store on the planet!! Gene and Nasha are the most wonderful people to work with. They care so much about customer service and making certain to take the very best care of you. I love working with them and feel so lucky for their attention to detail. I ship out packages that need extra attention and they treat my shipments as if it were their own. And they are so patient and kind to every person that walks through those doors. I wish all businesses were as responsive as they are! I can not praise them enough. Thank you for always making this an exceptional experience. We are certainly lucky to have this UPS location in our town and these two outstanding people! Thank you again! Your biggest fan :-) Elissa Held
