  I ordered two subs and a pizza, and somehow they managed to get every single item wrong. Both subs came with the toppings completely swapped, random ingredients thrown into each one like someone was just guessing. Nothing matched what I ordered. And the “pizza”? It was a flat bread with tomato sauce smeared on top. No cheese, no toppings, no effort. Just bread and sauce. I’ve had frozen meals with more care put into them. This wasn’t a small mix-up it was every item, all at once. Either nobody read the order or nobody cared. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

  I ordered food in this store mistakenly and called immediately to cancel the order. They should be cancelling from their side but asked to call customer service that never exists except the chat with bot. Worst service from their end.

  Old stale bread and “where’s the meat”? Complained and got 250 pts towards the 400 pts needed to get $2.00 off. They really don’t care about customer retention.

  I ordered the $4.99 Thursday turkey 6” sub. What a disappointment! The server was super duper cheap with the turkey. The turkey way laughably thin. He put only 3 slices on sub. I should have told him I don’t want it and got the hell out of there! When I ate the sub I couldn’t even taste the extremely paper thin turkey. It was like I was eating a vegetable sub. Don’t even bother buying a sub at this subway. You might as well cut the picture of the sub from the foam sign and eat the picture of the sub on the sign. You might be satisfied consuming the picture and not eating the sub. Subway inside the west Haven Walmart, YOU NEED DO BETTER!!!!
