  I am absolutely shocked by how unprofessional and rude the customer service was at this UPS Store. The employee working at the front counter was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. I have never been treated so poorly at a business that is supposed to provide customer service.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The employees were rude, obnoxious, and completely disrespectful from the moment I walked in. Instead of helping customers, they seemed annoyed that anyone was asking questions. The level of hostility and unprofessional behavior was shocking. Customer service appears to be nonexistent here. Staff members were dismissive, unhelpful, and acted as though customers were an inconvenience. Management has clearly failed to train employees on basic professionalism, courtesy, and respect. There are plenty of businesses that actually value their customers—this is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

  VERY good service here. Sebastian was exemplary -- he looked out for me very creatively and astutely. Luis was strong too, with nice, congenial service. ANd Victoria seems solid. I'm back for the second time BECAUSE of them.

  A reviewer posted a picture about 3 months ago of a female employee who was extremely rude. That same employee refused to notarize my document yesterday because she does not understand the function of a notary. In addition, she was rude. She certainly should not be allowed to perform the functions of a notary and, based on past reviews, ought to be terminated. She does not belong in a customer service function. P.S. I drove over to the Crossroads Plaza UPS Store a couple of miles away and the employee there correctly notarized my document.

  Went to this UPS Store 10 minutes before closing hoping to send out a package, and the young lady at the front told me they were “closed” even though the posted hours said they were still open. She said they only keep the door open for trash. I understand people want to go home after work, but turning customers away before closing time is wrong. She was already counting the register before I even got there. Very unprofessional experience and disappointing customer service.
