  Soy cliente nueva acabo de cambiarme hace una semana llamé a la tienda en west Hartford donde compré mi teléfonos y pedí hablar en español por un problema que tengo con mi cuenta y solo recibí que la muchacha que me atendió me colgó la llamaste !!! Llame de nuevo pensando k se desconectó la llamas y entonces no contestaron y de nuevo desconectaron la llamada Ya empesaron mal estoy molesta

  I originally went to a cricket store in north Providence (as I was there for work) to switch my service and they pretty much gave up on me because there was an extra step that required them to call my provider to get the number released and they didn’t really make me feel welcome. The employees at this store were very friendly,helpful and welcoming and took all the extra steps to make sure my number was ported and even waited on hold for a while to do so. Had a problem with my data not working after I switched and they fixed that too. A+++
