I just purchased the phone a few days ago hasn’t even been seven days. The screen isn’t damaged Just unresponsive in the manager there was absolutely no help said I couldn’t return the phone because there was no more in stock but she literally wouldn’t give me her name when I asked for it, even threatened me with the cops I literally have one day from my seven day warranty to be up Stuck with a broken phone and out of 250 bucks She just said that basically she couldn’t help me Would never do business there again

Kerry was a great help when I switched my service today. I am looking forward to a smaller monthly bill with unlimited data and hotspot on all of my lines to boot!!!
