  False advertisement!!!! Says they close at 12am and I called for a pick up order for a 6 piece and he said I couldn't because it was after 11:40pm mind you I called at 11:42!! Poor customer service

  Ordered a 10 piece came out to 1699 did a pick up order and they do make you pay for the sauce even if you ordered wings you read that correctly you will pay for sauce separately with your order no matter how many wings you do order. The wings were slinky and very slim not very meaty at all. and the fact that the person was on his cellular device while preparing food on the fryer is beyond me. had his iPhone to his ear while holding it making customers food should I say anymore?

  Food was horrible. Chicken and fries tasted like they got cooked in old oil. Fries didn't look appetizing I do not recommend anybody to waste their money on the Waterbury Wing Stop. Looks well understaffed as well. Also the blue cheese sauce was horrible. Completely watery instead of saucy. Wish I could get my money back.

  This is my first time ordering for pick up… I call over the phone . An 10 pics. Classic combo with a drink , ( the drink was water down like it did not have any sugar syrup ) , the wing were delicious in both flavors . But my little precious cheese fries were brun too crisp .
