  Make an order through the app. Shows paid with an order number but they refused to do anything about it and let me leave with nothing.

  I worked late and pre ordered on the app at 7:30 pm. Hours say 8 AM to 9 PM. Door was locked when I arrived at 7:50 - he asked if I was the pickup order and I said yes. He opened the door aggressively and he said "you make your order at 7 next time !!!". Not sure if he's the franchise owner but definitely never returning here to eat.
