  Very rude people there, Just paid my bill their last week and it wasn't a great experience. I advise you to go to the store in Bristol, CT. Way better customer service and the Manager over there is very polite and helpful, you will leave out the store satisfied!!!

  580 lakewood Rd. WTby 3/25/26 The people that I have delt with over the years have been great, but today was exceptional. I inadvertently downloaded malware rendering my phone useless. Stopped in to see if I could get help. I was in luck Sam & Edwin ( higher level managers) were in to check in on the store. Sam cheerfully spent time trying to unbug my phone, all the while engaging me in a pleasant conversation to lower my stress and anxiety. The phone was a certifable mess however with an assist from Edwin the malware was eradicated While I have always received great service from Cricket employees, today was beyond exceptional, thank you Sam and Edwin.

  They have locked me out of my phone because they said I reported it lost or stolen. I never did. They have not helped the issue and keep bouncing me around. Horrible service

  I highly reccomend this store. I went in with a difficult problem to solve and while I drove to the store. Matt the manager thought through my problem. When I arrived he had come up with two different solutions to my problem. He then politely and efficiently solved my problem. He was knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to solve the problem. i very highly recommend this store and Matt....thank you very much!
