Claire was exceptional. We discovered that although I received a temporary policy for one of my cars a year ago, whoever was handling it never properly filed the actual policy — meaning I was effectively uninsured for a year. I was fortunate that nothing happened while I was driving under just a temporary policy number, believing I was fully covered, but that's an enormous amount of risk to carry due to a human error. The experience started with a lot of frustration on my part that this kind of mistake was even possible, but it ended with Claire properly securing the right coverage for my car and my family until my new car arrives next week. This turned into one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I'm incredibly grateful for how she handled it, and she truly deserves a raise.
