  The energy was off as soon as we walked in. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I brought my son in the store to pick out a cologne. He was so excited and found the one he wanted. He brought the sample over to me to see if I agreed it smelt good. An employee named Shante came over and commented that he can't kept spraying the spray. I expressed that he sprayed it once so I could smell it. She went on to nag that he also sprayed it when he picked it up. I asked isn't that the purpose of a sample. She replied yes but you can't keep spraying it. Annoyed that she was making a big deal over something he was excited about and intended to purchase, I told him to put it back. He became physically upset, making me upset. What type of miserable person would make a big deal over smelling a sample. Disgusting and disappointing.

  My counsel will be in contact with yall. Never come in to anybody face accusing them of anything!! Some body who works here accused me of a hit and run. I TOLD HER it wasn't me and proceeded to shop. Then I check out see comes back into the store with a man who wasn't previously in the story yelling in my face. I told him it wasn't me. The lady who lady who rung my stuff up had answered the man when he asked her if my phone had ring. Further accusing me of this suppose hit and run. We went out side arguing. He called some one. A few moments later he tell the lady to tell me sorry. It found out it wasn't me.. too late. When he said the cops were coming. I had called them myself and sat and wait because what?. Now they lost a customer over foolishness and not handling things appropriately.
